On Vesak Day (Birthday of the Buddha), I went to Swayambhunath in Kathmandu Nepal to see the big celebration. When I arrive at the top of the hill, where the temple stands; a group of little monks were chanting on the roof of the temple under the lead of a senior monk. Visitors all stopped and listened to the chanting and it was truly peaceful.
