    In Vietnam, in June is the lotus's season. The best time to cut lotus blossom is at 5:00 AM. At this time, dew still on the lotus blossom and keep the blossom be fresh. Most of these lotus to sell in morning market. Some are keep to put into tea to make tea a good smell.
