While photographing butterflies and other insects in our garden in Malawi, Africa, I unexpectedly came across three baby chameleons. They seemed to be very friendly so we took one (Colours) inside as a pet during the daytime and returned it to the garden at night. This went on for some time and we enjoyed Colours antics with our children in the house where he would just hang out with the children playing chess or with Lego or while they studied.
