I had to do a series in Color Photo titled "fabricated reality". What I thought was a series of self-portraits reflecting on what a young college student uses to fabricate their daily reality ended up having a much deeper meaning. During that particular semester I had developed and was going through months of diagnosis for fibromyalgia. Upon seeing my final project I realized that I had instead documented my struggle in learning to live with a chronic pain disease.
