Living up here in the hills of NH. I can walk out the back door and within 10 steps be on an old carriage trail. This trail goes through an area nick named "Venison Hill" And for sure you will see and have trouble not stepping on deer droppings. Walking on these trails, even though its a not a huge area of forest, is like stepping deep into NH natural areas. This brook will lead you past a variety of habitats ending at a beaver dam and lodge. Beautiful place...
