Vineyards are a booming business in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Over the past 25 years an increasing number of vineyards have become established in the area around Wolfville. These rows of dandelion flowers caught my eye in late May 2014. I wonder if this is how they make dandelion wine....
