The January sunrise shines thorough the dense morning fog in this photograph I took on a very cold day. I ventured out on this morning in -8 degrees Farenheit (-22 degrees Celsius) weather to capture some interesting winter photos. The nearby river, which had water warmer than the air temperature, created a thick fog that cast an unique tone on on the surrounding landscape.
