I was on the site of my grandfather's factory where I saw workers working under the harsh weather conditions. While I was cribbing about the cold and the piercing wind, I saw this lady who was peacefully doing her work with a smile on the face. Even in that climatic condition, while it was 7 in the morning the women was working to support her family so that she could add to the future of her children. I was overwhelmed when I saw her visage's expressions: content and peaceful.
