Since last 22 years, I am working on a self initiated project on Indian Religion and I have witnessed superstitions at every level. particularly in this picture, Women are being purified in river Ganga during special annual religious occasion falling on full moon day of a particular month. People have faith that by taking bath in Ganga river on this particular day, will wash away all of their sins and they get solutions to their problems. Women are being purified by the priest in early morning.
