    Siblings peer through the wall of a dispensary providing life-saving malaria medication at a mobile medical clinic in the village of Selango, Malawi. Malaria is one of the leading killers of children under the age of 5 in Malawi which is currently the 9th poorest country in the world. Images like this remind me everyday why I love photography, and that pictures can change the world.
