My father and I spent an eventful week in a Mayan village in March. Once kids found out I had a camera, they came in droves for me to take their picture. This young man and his sister came into our house and wanted a picture to show his teacher. The Maya are a people prone to suspicion to outsiders but a camera will literally open doors to allow you in their lives.
