I had the pleasure of spending time in the village of La Corona (Matagalpa), Nicaragua. My group and I were welcomed into the homes of the locals for home-cooked meals during our time there. Eduardo, along with his sisters and mother, Juanita, taught us how to make some delicious Nicaraguan Nacatamales. We were all full of happiness and smiles by the end of this experience!
