I'm trying to get a photo of flames coming out of my microwave oven. I wired up a 320 volt capacitor through two thin wires going to my solder gun so that when the camera takes the picture the flash circuit switches the power to make the wire explode. The bursting copper wire makes a green flash. At the moment the wire doesn't burst aong the full length like I had wanted. When I fine-tune it I will be igniting ecatylene gas in the microwave oven.
