A few miles outside of Bishop, CA is the small town of Rovana. Close to the 395 is this old cottage. I'm a sucker for old dilapidated cottages. If you continue on and head towards the mountains, you'll find dispersed camping along a creek and, at the very end of the road, a trailhead to John Miur trail. (Must've been the same plans as the shack I found in Hanksville, UT.)
