    The top of Lake Whakatipu in the Deep South of the South Island in New Zealand. On a cold winters morning from a small settlement called Glenorchy. Many movies, including the Sir Peter Jackson movie masterpiece, Lord of the Rings have been filmed in this remote part of New Zealand.
