Above Panossière
The Panossière Glacier can be found several hours hike from Cabane Brunet in the Pennine Alps of Valais, Switzerland. Having ventured from our nearby town of Verbier, the hike takes you to an altitude of 2600m through cow laden meadows and steep rocky ascents. The true sense of wilderness here provides you with an utter feeling of escapism and a true perspective on quite how big our surroundings really are. We need to do everything we can to stop these beautiful glaciers receding.
