The cave ceiling is reflected on the surface of a rim pool in Tham Lod, a massive cave in Pang Mapha district of Mae Hong Son Province, Thailand. Suphaporn Singnakphum, a local ethnic Shan, sits on a bamboo raft that is used to ferry visitors across the deep pool. The Shan from Tham Lod village provide lantern guide and bamboo raft services in this popular eco-tourist destination. This pool only fills with water at the end of the rainy season.
