Everywhere there was debris, chaos, crumbling and lots of stuff to clear up. On the third floor I peeked over an enclosure and found this hairless dog, the pride of Peru, known as viringo. He was definitely underfed, without water for days? He yapped but hoped for help too, I could read it in his eyes. we got a bucket filled and thanked me for it...How many days had he been neglected. A rope around his neck too! I insisted to get water for him which matter-of-factly, my friend went to fetch.
