Life long partners
A pair of Galahs preening each other in the early morning sun.
Galahs like most cockatoo's create a strong bond with their partner and mate for life until one dies where it will then search for a new mate. Both the sexes incubate the eggs (so watch out guys, you have to help out as well) and it has been found that Galahs will breed with other members of the cockatoo family.
