    Once the snow melted away from the local ski resorts, my dog and I would hike around the dried up slopes looking for anything left behind from the winter. My dog would run all around the mountain and stick her big head into the snow leaving me thinking that she got a good find. Nope, just some ground squirrel holes and a cold dirty nose.
