    Reported by:

My son and I participated in the MDA's Fill the Boot campaign. The Asheville firefighters help by filling their boots with donations. We didn't have a wheelchair accessible van at the time so Jacob couldn't take his powerchair. The firefighter in this photo pushed Jacob around that day and made sure he was a part of the activity. I was shooting pictures and happened to turn around and see them walking down the sidewalk. My heart caught in my chest when I saw this scene and I captured it forever.
