This is Ireland's Eye, an uninhabited island north of Howth which is a beautiful little harbour village east of Dublin. The view is from the gentle climb up to the summit of Howth Head that overlooks the village and the tiny figures to the left are people waiting to board a ferry that takes visitors to the island.
