    My resident rattlesnake eating a bird. I frequently watch out my back window when she is coiled up, waiting patiently and often for days, for an unsuspecting bird to get a drink at the little water hole. I have seen her miss a few times, but not on this day. Its easy to know when she is there because the birds give her away. This is one in a series of several shots.
