Lake in the Sky
This is Stickle Tarn - a large body of water that lies below Harrison Stickle, one of the two most recognisable peaks of the Langdale Pikes in England's Lake District. Once down at the water's edge you could be forgiven for thinking you were at one of the more major bodies of water in the area such is its size. The tarn turns into a glorious, fast moving stream which you follow on your way down quite some distance towards the valley floor where a lovely pub awaits your custom.
