Beautiful summer day in Hamburg, I observed a team of people boating in which on number counts, all people work at the same time to move boat ahead. This is classic example of modern day management in which CEOs have to be one among worker (in contrast to old time where company managed by corner office CEO like caption of machine boat in command). This sports tests team health, team functioning, team synergy, team effectiveness and in few minutes. Watching this has refreshed leadership lessons
