    Yellow Oleander is also known as Mexican oleander, Lucky Nut,. It is called Peelikaner in Hindi, Kolkephul in Bengali. In Oriy it is Kaniar. Its Botanical name is Thevetia peruviana.This flower has two other varieties ,white and orange.Ingestion of these plant parts is toxic to human as well as others, though not for a few bird species like Asian Koel, Red-whiskered Bulbul, White-browed Bulbul, Red-ventedBulbul, Brahminy Myna, Common Myna.But have some medicinal values.
