The resident rainbow lorikeets are all over the place at my friend Annie´s wildlife shelter in the Macedon Ranges north of Melbourne. Once raised and soft released a couple at the site many years ago and since then they´ve been thriving and their chattering and playing is always present in the lovely gardens.
