A distinctively attractive bird, the Egyptian Vulture is a shy bird which keeps its distance from the humans. Also, in keeping with its nature, it feasts on rotten and decaying meat. I observes that it completely ignored small living animals on which it could have feasted easily. However, it appears it prefers to remain a vulture and clean up the dead and the decaying.
