    The Place: A 4 hour back breaking dirt road in Death Valley National Park lands at this incredible but remote place called the Racetrack Playa. The Stones: The most incredible thing about these stones are they move on the playa without human or animal intervention but from ice and wind. When they move they start making trails like the one above, racetrack like imprints and hence the name Racetrack Playa. The Photo: The Playa was illuminated with the help of moonlight (close to half moon).
