Edit Photo Details Tea in Black Rock City   #burning_man
Black Rock City is constructed each year on an ancient alkali lake bed that is mostly devoid of life. This creates a blank canvas in the desert for the Burning Man festival, and the sense of place inscribed in the ephemeral city by its 65,000 citizens is quite indescribable. While pedaling through a dust storm this year I came across a tea ceremony and after several minutes of shooting the sky cleared enough to show 'The Man' in the background, who appeared to watch over the proceedings.
