About a dozen or so of us, in groups of 2 or 3, made the trek up to the Helliwell Bluffs and gathered quietly in wait, to watch the Aug 2014 supermoonrise. Sprawling on the fragrant summer grasses, color filled the very air we breathed and the only human sound was when the moon appeared and began to dance across the water -- murmurings of awe -- sounding as a warm breeze rippling over the Helliwell slopes.
