    Saw (and took photos of) many Pelicans while in Point Lobos State Preserve. Liked this shot because it includes both the male and female of the species, and because I was able to obtain sharp focus of both birds. I am new to the birds-in-flight subset of wildlife photography, and am still trying to sharpen my skills in this area.
