    Red Hook is considered a world away from the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan with a relaxed, slow-paced, waterfront lifestyle. It also has one of the best kept secret views of Lower Manhattan. On the eve of September 11, the Ground Zero Memorial lights pierced through the sky.
