    Edit Photo Details Pulling over to see Prada Marfa   #art #texas #travel #unexpected #marfa #installation #roadtrip #prada
Let me start of by saying I had heard of Prada Marfa, but just placed it in one of those "Will I ever really see it?" buckets. My husband and I (plus our St Bernard) were heading back home to Chicago from seeing the Pacific Coast Highway and made an overnight stop in Van Horn, Texas. The next morning after hitting the road, I saw signs for Marfa and had a lightbulb moment. "WE HAVE TO PULL OVER INTO MARFA!!!" I yelled. Husband & dog obliged. Here's our family portrait. :)
