    Reported by:

I had spent most of the day in the Marrakech Souks within the walls of the Medina and was walking back to my hotel in the newer and modern part of town in Gueliz. As I walked past the upmarket designer stores in Boulevard El Mansour Eddahbi I came across this tramp sleeping on his belongings under the shade of a palm tree. It reminded me that even in the richest part of town poverty is never far away in Africa. Camera Rollei 35S; Ilford XP2 400 B&W Film.
