One morning I decided to capture the cresent moon before sunrise. I had the camera on a tripod and started to compose the image when I saw movement in the viewfinder. I snapped the shutter, taking three exposures. Looking at the images I discovered one of our neighborhood Great Horned Owls was flying to its roost after a night of hunting. I consider this an astrophotograph since the main subject was the crescent moon.
