While living and conducting research in Nairobi, Kenya I became obsessed with a construction project I walked past everyday. This is an image of what is referred in the Kenyan papers as 'Upper Hill Roads Phase One,' months behind schedule. The gentleman seen in it immediately jumped out at me after I captured the image, asking me who I worked for.
