    Reported by:

A precious little girl gazes up sadly at the camera. She was tottering around The Saline (Salt Flats) on the Island of La Gonave, Haiti. We walked to the beach and had 30 kids surrounding us within minutes of our arrival, picking up more kids as we walked along. We ended up playing Duck-Duck-Goose, tag, and just holding their hands as we tried to bridge the English/Creole language barrier. Precious kids. Beautiful faces. Sad stories. Haiti.
