A friend and I were driving to a destination a ways away, passing through small towns and farmland. We saw this house hidden behind trees and other foliage. We stopped to investigate and discovered an abandoned house, roof caved in possibly from a fire. Inside the home was furniture and appliances left behind. It looked as though everything was from the 80s. It was an amazing discovery coming from a small town. My curiosity keeps me wondering what memories have been left behind.
