This photo is of a saint ' NANGA BABA ' taking sunbath outside Muktinath Temple situated at the foot of Thorang La mountain pass at an altitude of 3710 m in Mustang district of nepal . These saints are the devotees of Lord Shiva , the most supreme god of Hindu religion . Despite the freezing temperature of the place these saints barely cover themselves in any clothes. Within Hinduism,it is called the sacred place Mukti Kshetra, which literally means the "place of liberation or moksha".
