I found this mushroom growing in an old log in the alley soaked by the rain. Passerby never even noticed it. Scientific name Auricularia Polytricha. Very nutritious and with medicinal benefits. Can be found growing in old dead trucks and branches of trees. Grows all year round in the tropics.
