There's a Barrage near our place. It doesn't have any sort of bridges to cross. This is how the locals cross each and everyday. Its risky coz you never know when the water gates would be opened. The sheer force of the water is tremendous. The local administration has turned a blind eye to this problem saying no funds to build bridges. i wonder where our tax money goes. Needless to say, many lives have already been lost. Should I empathize or sympathize???
