Look out above
Straight above my head this hot air balloon flies over. I could look straight up with my camera and as I took this photo the pilot has pulled on the burner so you can see the flame. The flame creates heat which makes these fly. Hot air balloons fly better in cooler temperatures since hot air rises. The desert air in Albuquerque makes for wonderful flights in the morning time. Over 600 hot air balloons take to the air during the event.
