Edit Photo Details The Seated Ant   #insect #flying_ant #macro_90mm
I had some dying flowers in a large plastic storage box outside on my terrace. Stuff meant for the trashcan. Whilst outside sweeping I noticed a slight invasion of flying ants so went to grab my camera. My intention was to capture the insect disposing of its wings. During the time, I noticed one of the ants on the petals of the dying flowers, whilst watching it through the viewfinder it put itself into a sitting position and just sat there. It was then, I took the shot.
