Poppies were a popular perennial planted by people in northeastern Wyoming over the years. There were few patches a block away that I wanted to test out my close-up rings. It was alot harder than I thought as Wyoming is a very windy place and it took several visits before a windless time offered itself. The close-up rings and shooting at f16 meant a fast shutter speed was not an option.
