Adela Forbes has been working in the restaurant of the "Cooperativa de Pescadores de San Andres Isla" called Moonshine for 23 years. The Restaurant used to have bands playing and was always full of people but is now falling apart due to lack of maintenance and tourists don't visit the place anymore.
