    The Potraj are a fast vanishing tribe that hail from the Western state of Maharashtra. They are worshipers of a goddess that is referred to as ‘Kadak Lakshmi’. The picture is taken just before the performance clearly depicting their rich culture. Men wearing musical anklet, also called "ghungroo" in hindi, dances and women plays the drums.
