Like many other small towns in Colombia, La Barcés is "the poorest place i've ever been". Abandoned by the state people here live on the little they can harvest and fish from a very polluted river. It's from this river this kids are sharing some water to freshen up from the midday sun. It's amazing how happy this people seem most of the time, regardless the harsh conditions they live in.
