Wile working on documenting the Swedish west coast I came a cross a close to pitch black little pond. Fascinated by the homogenous surface I looked for something that could contras to it and found some dry grass. The wind and water painted the forms, similar to Chinese calligraphy, and I was totally enchanted by the unbeatable complexity of natures simplicity.
