    Edit Photo Details *a world in a bubble of ice*   #reflection #macro #ice #winter #cold #icestorm
Last Christmas we had an ice storm which knocked out the electricity and felled many trees. In the midst of the chaos, there was beauty, however: when the sun shone out, it lit up the glaze of ice like fire in resplendent grandeur. Here is just one tiny instance of the magnificence of it. One of the bushes in my backyard was covered with little drops of ice, and each drop reflected the world around it. In this photo I was able to catch the reflection of the surrounding world of snow and ice.
